- Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

- You have 14 days from receipt to cancel your order under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

7.2 Wholesale Customers
- We do not accept returns unless Products are faulty or damaged.
- Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Accepted claims will be refunded or replaced at our discretion.

- By applying for a wholesale account, you confirm you are a business customer.
- We may request business documentation.
